“Thanks to the close technical collaboration we have received from your team, we have defined what we believe to be the most viable project to move forward with the complex modernization process we have set out for Line B.

“Complex problems do not have simple solutions. The conclusions we are reaching as a result of the work we have carried out together are truly encouraging. The energy savings resulting from the migration to 1500V DC, compared to current consumption, are in the order of 10%.

“The reduction in emissions following the migration is estimated to be around 1,000 tons of CO₂ equivalent per year . . . This would undoubtedly encourage passengers to shift from more polluting means of transportation.

“On behalf of SBASE, and particularly on behalf of the team involved in this project, I would like to sincerely thank you for your commitment and professionalism throughout this process . . . We hope we can once again count on your technical support for this next phase of work.”
